Spring Creek Recreation Area features over 2,000 miles of shoreline, making it an ideal destination for those looking for a day of boating, sailing, water-skiing, or anything else you can do on the water. Fishing enthusiasts can throw on their gaters and take a swing at bringing in one of the many walleye, sauger, and northern pike that populate the lake. The area stretches alongside the shoreline of the Lake Oahe Reservoir, a twenty-minute drive north of the city.
